Works will be completed in order of queue and may take up to two weeks.

Communication is key – ask for any edits after I send you the sketch! Once happy with it, I’ll proceed to lineart.

Payment after the approved sketch via bank transfer (EU) or MobilePay (Finland.) Please note that I will not issue refunds.

Commissions are for personal use only! You may use/share the piece with visible credit.

Commercial or any AI-related use is strictly prohibited. You may not seek to profit off of or copy/trace/duplicate the work in any shape or form.

I hold my right to decline a commission for any reason, and to change and update these guidelines as necessary.

Send me a direct message on Instagram (koojii.art) or on Discord (nkj#7198) with as much information as possible, at the very least the desired position and expression.

Provide a reference of the character(s) – preferably an image, but a detailed text description will also do. I hold my right to take artistic liberties if the reference(s) are unclear.

Let me know anything extra that will help me bring your vision to life! E.g. the scene, personality traits, backstory, fun facts... even a playlist!

I will send you a progress photo of the sketch and another of the lineart. Edits at the sketch stage are free of charge, but may cost extra after the lineart is done.

Once finished, I will send you a 300 DPI png-format file via email or Discord. If you don’t want the commission to be posted on my social media, let me know!
